1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RestoWebMaker ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RestoWebMaker provides a platform for restaurant owners to create and publish websites, manage menus, and accept reservations. Features vary by subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
3. Your Account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must provide accurate information about your restaurant
- One account may manage multiple restaurant locations on eligible plans
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Post misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Use the AI menu scanner to process content you do not own
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
5. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload (menus, images, descriptions). By publishing your site, you grant RestoWebMaker a limited license to host and display that content as part of the Service.
6. Billing & Subscriptions
- The Starter plan is free with limited features
- Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your public site will be taken offline and your data deleted within 30 days.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestoWebMaker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
