About Us
Onyx opened in 2019 in a converted West Village townhouse basement. The bar program is built around house-made bitters, barrel-aged spirits, and whatever the bartender feels like experimenting with that night. The kitchen runs until midnight. There is no dress code, but wear something you'd be comfortable being seen in at 1am.
