About Us
Casa Roja was my grandmother's kitchen in Oaxaca, transplanted into a 1974 Airstream on East Rainey Street. The birria recipe has been in the family for four generations — we've never written it down. Everything is made from scratch every morning: the salsas, the tortillas, the horchata. We close when we run out.
