Lumen opened in Silver Lake in 2019 with one idea: let the ingredients do the work. Our menu changes with the farmers market — sometimes weekly, sometimes daily. We cook without heaviness, without excess. If you're looking for clarified butter and 28-ingredient sauces, we're probably not for you. If you want food that tastes like it was just picked — welcome.
