About
Our Story
Chef Hiroshi Tanaka trained for eleven years in Osaka before bringing his omakase practice to San Francisco. Every piece is cut to order from fish flown in twice weekly from Tsukiji. There are no substitutions, no modifications, and no menus — only trust in the chef, the season, and the moment.
