Our Story
About Us
La Cave began as a 40-bottle wine shop in a Logan Square basement. When the landlord offered us the front room, we put in six tables and started cooking. That was 2018. The list has grown to 300 labels — mostly natural, mostly European, always interesting — but the spirit hasn't changed: drink well, eat simply, stay late.
